The British and Irish Lions skipper will captain the side in his first start of the season and will partner Gordon D'Arcy at centre.
Shane Horgan has also recovered from injury and he starts on the right wing with Kieran Lewis moving to the opposite flank.
Reggie Corrigan returns to the front row while Denis Hickie has been named on the replacements bench.
Meanwhile Leinster are expecting to smash the Celtic League attendance record of 12,436.
The previous best was set on Tuesday when the Cardiff Blues defeated the Newport Gwent Dragons and this beat the previous best set the night before when Leinster defeated Ulster in Ravenhill in front of 12,300 people.
With in excess of 13,000 tickets already snapped up for tomorrow's encounter (the capacity of the RDS is 13,500), Leinster Chief Executive Mick Dawson commented: "This is great news not just for ourselves but for the Celtic League because it just goes to show how popular the tournament is becoming.
