The final second row pairing and replacement will be confirmed on Thursday afternoon following a fitness test on Paul O'Connell and will be selected from Paul O'Connell, Malcolm O'Kelly, Donncha O'Callaghan and Mick O'Driscoll. The team will be captained by Brian O'Driscoll for the 26th time.
