| Celtic League winners Ulster have been drawn alongside fellow former European Cup winners Toulouse in the pool stages of next season’s Heineken Cup. Mark McCall’s side will also face their Celtic League colleagues Llanelli Scarlets and London Irish of the Guinness Premiership in Pool 5. |
Elsewhere Heineken Cup holders Munster will face another former champion Leicester Tigers, alongside another Celtic League side Cardiff Blues and Bourgoin of France in Pool 4
There is no Celtic representation in Pool 1 however Edinburgh Gunners and Leinster will face each other in Pool 2 while the Ospreys will be against Stade Français, Guinness Premiership champions Sale Sharks and Italians Calvisano in Pool 3.
The final grouping, Pool 6 sees Border Reivers against French Champions Biarritz, former European Champions Northampton Saints and Parma of Italy.
The first round of the tournament will be played on the weekend of 20/21/22 October.

Pool 1: Treviso (Italy), Perpignan (France), London Wasps (England), Castres (France).
Pool 2: Edinburgh Gunners (Scotland), Agen (France), Gloucester (England), Leinster (Ireland).
Pool 3: Sale Sharks (England), Stade Français (France), Calvisano (Italy), Ospreys (Wales)
Pool 4: Cardiff Blues (Wales), Bourgoin (France), Leicester Tigers (England), Munster (Ireland).
Pool 5: Ulster (Ireland), Toulouse (France), London Irish (England), Llanelli Scarlets (Wales).
Pool 6: Biarritz (France), Northampton Saints(England), Parma (Italy), Border Reivers (Scotland).
