| Prior to his injury, MacDougall started 25 consecutive games for the Borders and will make his return to action alongside Garry Law who starts at inside centre.
Looking ahead to tomorrow night's game, head coach Steve Bates said: "The team took some positive steps forward last week towards playing an exciting brand of rugby.
"Tomorrow night's game will be a very good indicator for the rest of October and it will be important for us to perform extremely well against one of the strongest teams in Europe."
Nick De Luca moves to the left wing which means that National Academy (Borders) winger Mark Robertson has been made available to play for his club, Melrose, who are at home to Hawick (kick-off 3pm).
