Amongst the games to be televised live will be the clash of the champions, when current holders Ulster visit the 2004/5 league winners, Ospreys on Saturday 6 January,  whilst the cameras will also record the clash of the two capital teams as Leinster host Edinburgh on 16 January.

In all 13 games from the four rounds will be shown live on television.
