Mark Jones comes back into the fray on the wing, with Dafydd James being rested while Matthew Watkins replaces Gavin Evans in the midfield.
In the forwards Inoke Afeaki replaces Dafydd Jones on the blindside while the other change sees Toulouse match-winner Nathan Thomas coming in for Alix Popham.
The Scarlets will be breaking with tradition for the match as they will be appearing in a new shirt for the first time in 122 years when they will appear in a red and chocolate quartered shirt. The last time it was worn was way back in 1884 against a touring Irish side.
There will also be a major milestone obtained when second row Adam Jones makes his 100th appearance in a scarlet shirt (the figure includes ALL appearances, including friendlies). The former Cardiff second row will be the first person to break through the magical 100 barrier.
“It’s a huge honour to be the first to make the 100 mark for the Scarlets,” said a delighted Jones. “I didn’t know I was even close until I was told earlier in the week. It’s obviously a big moment for me – now I just have to look forward to the next 100.”
