Three week ban for Williams

Cardiff Blues' flanker Martyn Williams has been handed a three week ban by a WRU disciplinary hearingas a result of his sending off against The Ospreys.
The Union's Disciplinary Sub-Committee met on Thursday, 28 December, and the Welsh Interneational was handed a three week ban for his red card in the Magners League game against the Ospreys at Cardiff Arms Park on Saturday, 23 December.

The red card was issued for use of the head on the Ospreys replacement scrum half Jason Spice. Williams will be free to play again on 14 January, 2007.
