| Humphreys will undergo a fitness test on Friday afternoon and McCall will confirm his starting line up one hour before kick off. Another injury concern is Simon Best who will also undergo a late fitness test, if Simon is not declared fit then Declan Fitzpatrick will be brought onto the replacements bench. Ireland scrum half Isaac Boss returns from injury to start at scrum half. Ryan Caldwell earns his first Ulster start this season and said" I am glad to be given the opportunity to start and I hope that I can be part of a good team performance on the night"
David Pollock who captained the Ireland U20s side to an unprecedented Grand Slam and Six Nations Championship double is also named on the bench. Mark McCall said this of David earlier on in the week "David was sensational for Ireland Under-20s and he has come in great shape and with an extra spring in his step, All he needs now is an opportunity."
Ulster are currently second in the Magners League with 45 points, just one point behind Leinster. Munster stand eighth in the league with 32 points.
