Rhys Williams will be back playing for the Cardiff Blues this Saturday for the first time since ripping the muscle from his hip while playing against Ulster in Belfast in October.
The injury meant that Williams missed six months of the season, but he has fought back to fitness and played and scored for Cardiff RFC last weekend in their match against Bedwas.

The match at the Arms Park will be the first home match for the Blues since they beat Bourgoin in Heineken Cup on the 20th of January.

Consistent form at home has resulted in the Blues winning their last eleven home Magners League matches. They haven't lost at the Arms Park in the league since they were defeated by Edinburgh over 15 months ago - they will be looking to avenge that result this Saturday.

Supporters are reminded that the Edinburgh match is the first Cardiff Blues match to be played at the Arms Park under the new law banning smoking in enclosed public areas. Smoking will not be permitted on the terraces or in the stand areas of the ground. In addition the hospitality areas, restaurants and bars at the Arms Park, are now smoke free areas
