| The 30-times capped Parks said: "It's an exciting time to be involved with the Warriors. The team has been going from strength to strength this season and there are great times ahead for us. It's a World Cup year so there is so much for me to play for, both with the Warriors and Scotland, and I'm looking forward to the challenges."
Parks recently notched two landmarks for the Warriors in the 26-20 Magners League win over leaders Leinster as he kicked enough points to take him over 200 for the season and over 750 in less than four years with the club, having joined from Australian side Eastern Suburbs in the summer of 2003.
Glasgow Warriors coach Sean Lineen said: "I'm very pleased that I'll be working with Dan for a further two seasons as he's an important player for both Scotland and the Warriors. I know he is 100% behind the continuing improvement of the Warriors and he's a firm favourite with the supporters here at Glasgow.
