Munster have been dealt a huge blow with the loss of their New Zealand star Christian Cullen through injury.
|
Former All Blacks full-back Cullen hurt his left shoulder during the league defeat against Cardiff Blues last Saturday.
And an MRI scan has revealed torn ligaments, ruling him out of Munster's remaining games this season, including the Heineken Cup quarter-final showdown with Biarritz on April 3.
Munster, reeling from being without their most potent attacking weapon, can sign additional players ahead of this week's deadline for the Heineken Cup knockout stages.
