Scotland coach Matt Williams has opted to draf in the 22-year-old in place of Simon Webster.
The introduction of Lamont is the only change to the Scotland side which defeated Italy at Murrayfield two weeks ago.
The duo will be the 45th set of brothers to play international rugby for Scotland and the 19th set of brothers to have played together in the same Scotland team.
