Sublime performances in February and March from Leinster fly half David Holwell have earned him the Guinness Draught Can Irish Celtic League Player of the Month Award for the second time this season.
Holwell was the star of the show in Leinster's last Celtic League home outing against Llanelli at Lansdowne Road on Good Friday.  His impressive 26 point haul included a Celtic League record of eight penalties for the New Zealander.  He also played his part in Denis Hickie's second half try which he duly converted, all of which earned him a well deserved Man of the Match award.

Although February produced just one fixture in the Celtic League due to the Six Nations, March saw the action come to a head with the Ospreys securing the Celtic League title.  Leinster picked up two wins from four games and, with just one match remaining away to Glasgow, look set to hang on to third spot behind Munster.

Ronan Beirne, Guinness Brand Manager said, "Congratulations to David on picking up his second Guinness Draught Can Player of the Month award.  He has been consistently outstanding for Leinster throughout the Celtic League campaign and will be missed when he returns to New Zealand at the end of this season.  We wish him all the best."
