| The most high-profile clash will be between Celtic League champions The Ospreys and the English Premiership champions London Wasps.
That match takes place on August 26, and will be the first game played at The Ospreys' new £27m regional rugby stadium.
Elsewhere, Connacht will take on the Premiership runners-up Leicester Tigers on August 19, in what will be the English side's first visit to the Sportsground.
Earlier that week on August 16, Italian side Overmach Parma will also visit the Irish province.
Some other notable pre-season clashes see Munster take on Northampton at Thomond Park (August 19), Ulster entertain London Irish (August 19) and The Scarlets take on Worcester (August 20).
And the following weekend Cardiff Blues travel to the Memorial Stadium to take English Premiership new boys Bristol (August 26).
