Edinburgh Gunners coach Frank Hadden can’t wait to get his side into competitive action this weekend.
Hadden has named his side for the trip to Stradey Park on  Friday night and said “We had an outstanding pre-season and we are raring to go.” However Friday’s game will provide a tough test for Hadden’s charges. “Edinburgh have never won against Llanelli at Stradey Park but our intention this weekend is to turn that around,” added the coach.

Summer signings Francisco Leonelli, Peter Jorgensen and Matt Mustchin will make their Celtic League debuts in an Edinburgh Gunners jersey on Friday under the leadership of this season’s captain Chris Paterson.
Edinburgh team: Francisco Leonelli; Chris Paterson CAPTAIN, Marcus Di Rollo, Peter Jorgensen, Simon Webster; Phil Godman, Mike Blair; Allan Jacobsen, Dougie Hall, Craig Smith; Alastair Kellock, Scott Murray; Matt Mustchin, Simon Cross, Allister Hogg
