| Calum MacRae is introduced at full-back for Stuart Moffat, while in the front-row Bruce Douglas has recovered from a foot problem and returns for Tom McGee.
In the back-row Kelly Brown moves to No 8 as Semo Sititi has had to head home briefly to Samoa through a family bereavement. Andy Rennick will start at blindside flanker and Andy Miller at openside flanker instead of Wayne McEntee.
